I believe that society is finally realizing that creating equality between women and men is not only a worthy social goal in and of itself, but a means to economic growth. In my work, I try to express my belief in a woman's ability to bring economic growth, and my conviction that women should stand up and reach for economic independence. In "Go Women," the Hebrew text that appears in the work is taken from Israel's legislation that calls for gender equality in employment.
