Multitasking Fisherwoman

Fisherwoman in Nacala, Mozambique, helping bring in the fish the men caught that day. Traditionally the men fish and the women sell the fish. However, everyone helps to bring the fish in when the fishermen return. The women help pull in the net, alongside the men. The main difference is that the women are often also carrying their babies while pulling. The many strengths and responsibilities of women is clearly depicted in this picture.
