Margaret Dongo was campaigning to be elected to become a Minister in the Zimbabwean Parliament when this photo was taken. She is a former freedom fighter and was active in the trenches fighting for independence from Britain, the colonial ruler. Her offices in the poor areas of Harare. She has fought hard to be heard as a woman in an area that women do not normally participate in. She was elected to Parliament and held a victory party with her supporters. She is pictured wearing the campaign tee shirt in her home in Harare.
