The possibilities for interesting imagery seemed endless and the even more important possibility of creating a film that would restore a rightful place of honor to women was even more enticing. Thus, I had a primary interest in creating a film consisting of woman-centered imagery and a secondary goal of making a film that would bring new perspectives to how women view themselves.

So began a path that led to the three part trilogy, BLOODTIME MOONTIME DREAMTIME a project that has been 10 years in the making! My intention has been to frame the ideas of the participants in a way that is visually enticing, stimulating and challenging. "I am presenting a landscape of a phenomenon that exists in our culture...taking it out of the shadows and into the light...giving it the honor of a voice that needs to be heard."
