MERCY BEYOND BORDERS changes lives by partnering with talented women in Sudan who are educating girls, improving maternal/child health, and funding women's micro-enterprise projects in Southern Sudan. Glimpse in these pictures the beauty and strength of the displaced women and girls of Southern Sudan and their determination to work for gender equality. Village women raised believing they were "lower than cattle" are now asserting their basic human dignity, sending their daughters to school, learning how to better the health of their children, and starting their own modest businesses. MERCY BEYOND BORDERS rejoices in being part of their transformation!
